- Indicated for metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer
- Side effects include diarrhea, rash, musculoskeletal pain, dry skin, skin inflammation around nails, sore mouth, fatigue, and cough
- Can cause pneumonitis and interstitial lung disease (ILD)
