Background
Mechanism of Activity
- Vaborbactam is active against KPC carbapenemases
Dosing
- Carbapenem-resistant infection with Enterobacterales: 4 g IV every 8 hours
- Complicated urinary tract infection: 4 g IV every 8 hours for 5 to 14 days
