- Combination occasionally used in the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis
Dosing
- Meropenem 1 g IV every 8 hours plus amoxicillin-clavulanate 500 mg/125 mg p.o. three times daily (given orally at the start of every infusion of meropenem)
