Ibrexafungerp

- A triterpenoid glycoside enfumafungin which inhibits glucan synthase
- Indicated for Candida infections, and also has activity against Aspergillus
- Dosing:
- 1000 mg po load followed by 500 mg po daily
- 1250 mg po load followed by 750 mg po daily
- 750 mg po bid x2 (load) followed by 750 mg po daily
