Headache with neurological deficits and cerebrospinal fluid lymphocytosis

  • Unknown etiology
  • Characterized by moderate-to-severe migraine-like headaches with associated temporary neurological deficits (most commonly hemiparesis, hemisensory disturbances, and aphasia)
    • Headaches usually bilateral and throbbing, and last around 24 hours
    • Deficits usually last around 5 hours
