Headache with neurological deficits and cerebrospinal fluid lymphocytosis

- Benign, generally self-limited syndrome
- Unknown etiology
- Characterized by moderate-to-severe migraine-like headaches with associated temporary neurological deficits (most commonly hemiparesis, hemisensory disturbances, and aphasia)
- Headaches usually bilateral and throbbing, and last around 24 hours
- Deficits usually last around 5 hours
