Hand-Schüller-Christian disease

- A form of Langerhans cell histiocytosis, also called multifocal unisystem Langerhans cell histiocytosis
- Occurs in infants and children
- Characterized by fever, bone lesions, and rash on scalp and ears, with a classic triad of:
- Exophathalmos
- Diabetes insipidus, from pituitary involvement
- Lytic bone lesions in the skull
