- Chemotherapy combining daratumumab, lenalidomide (Revlimid), and dexamethasone (DRd)
- Cycles are typically 28 days each and involve::
- Lenalidomide 25 mg PO on Days 1-21 of each 28-day cycle
- Dexamethasone 40 mg PO weekly
- Daratumumab 16 mg/kg IV weekly for cycles 1 and 2, q2w for cycles 3-6, then q4w until disease progression
- Indicated for multiple myeloma
