- Indications include advanced colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, and renal cancer
- May be used as an intravitreal injection for macular degeneration
- Black-box warning for intestinal perforation
- Infectious complications include intra-abdominal infection, febrile neutropenia, pneumonitis, and possibly also Bacteroides fragilis liver abscess and Fusarium-associated nasal septal perforation
