• Chemotherapy for acute lymphocytic leukemia
• Involves vincristine, doxorubicin, mercaptopurine, dexamethsone, methotrexate, peg-asparaginase
• CNS phase also includes intrathecal methotrexate, cytarabine, hydrocortisone
• Patients are also placed on prophylactic co-trimoxazole
